For the new house, from my wife’s perspective a washlet was an absolutely must have. One thing I’m always confused when using a washlet is do you wipe before, after, or at all?   If you want to try one, both toilets at the Standards of Excellence appliance store in San Marcos have one.  You can also try several shower heads at this store.
