On our second day in Patagonia, we took a full day hike to Glacier Grey. Glacier Grey is one of the 3 hikes that make up the famous W Trek. Hopefully the photos convey the incredible scenery.

After an early breakfast, we took a small boat from the hotel across Lake Pehoe to the trail head at Refugio Paine Grande. The hike took us to the shores of Lake Grey with a view of the glacier. We met up with a cruise boat that took us close to the glacier. The cruise boat dropped us off at Grey Beach and a short hike with incredible headwind to our awaiting shuttle.
