Work has started on the Ipe ceiling and floors. The ceiling went up quickly. Its a big improvement over the popcorn ceilings we had in the original house.  It’ll look even better once its oiled.

We’re getting to do our second move. We found a nice but small studio we can live in for the next month for a reasonable price. Hopefully it’ll only be a month. The builder was working Saturday and was planning to work Super Bowl Sunday but the weather did not cooperate – it was another soggy Sunday.
