We have electricity – yea. However we came across an issue – there’s inadequate light in the main living area for my taste, although it provides a nice relaxing atmosphere. But since the ceiling lights are on dimmers, I could achieve that atmosphere by dimming the lights if they were brighter. The builder is investigating possible solutions.
