One of my concerns has been “how much will my property tax increase” as a result of the home makeover.  Today I got the Notification of Taxable Value and…hmm, not sure if this is the final appraissal since it say “reappraisal resulting from unfinished construction as of Jan 1” or if I’m interpreting this correctly but…my property tax will increase annually by $300.  I can handle that.
