Save this movie to your Netflix queue – Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea by the great Hayao Miyazaki. Its not released yet in the US, but I watched the Japanese DVD version on a flight back from Honolulu.  Its so refreshing to see a fully hand drawn animation movie, especially one so rich.  Miyazaki abandoned any form of CGI or computer assisted movement for this film.  Its a children movie, but like his other works adults will also love it.  Can’t vouch for the Disney English dub version – but it has a star studded cast of Matt Damon, Tina Fey, Cate Blanchett, Liam Neeson, Betty White, Cloris Leachman, and Lily Tomlin.   A review.
