We had lunch as Youshoku Sakurai in the Yushima area of Tokyo.  Its western-style Japanese comfort food such as omu-rice, hayashi rice, crab croquette, and pasta.  I recommend the omu-rice and croquettes but the consensus was the rolled cabbage (for some reason popular with the ladies) was so-so.  If you’re around the Ueno area, its a good place for lunch or dinner.
