It was a short construction week due to Thanksgiving. However, the exterior first floor siding is now nearly complete. As I get used to the black shou-sugi-ban siding, the more I like it. It has a calming effect.
Next up is the shou-sugi-ban siding for the interior facing walls. I’m anxious to see how it will transform the feel of the hallway and courtyard. Hint, madera means wood in Spanish.
