San Diego had some heavy rain after the New Years bringing with it bluer skies and green hillsides. Unfortunately, I’ve been absolutely swamped at work and haven’t had a chance to enjoy it.

Construction on the house has progressed nicely. Its exciting to see new materials being introduced to the exterior to complement and contrast with the shou-sugi-ban (burnt cedar) siding.
