The Year of the Rat starts with almost all windows in place. They do look cool.

Having the windows gives the rooms a different feel. It make the space feel smaller but more secure.

Luckily if we desire a more open environment, the windows can be open and hidden.

I’ll need to lean this “Super swirl” window cleaning technique or the traditional technique.

Work has started on the ipe trim.

A bit concerned about the contrast between the ipe and burnt cedar siding. I think it’ll be ok when there’s more of the trim in place.
