Its rare to see people walking outside in San Diego, its even rarer to see them walking with an umbrella. For me this is a rare and unusual sight of all these shoppers out and about with their umbrellas around Ueno and the Ameyoko market (Candy Store Alley or post-WWII black market)- Tokyo.
