We stayed overnight in Wakayama City – it rained heavily which made for an interesting walk to dinner. The next morning, we took a walk to Wakayama Castle before catching the ferry to Tokushima. The economy in Wakayama City has suffered since the steel industry moved many of its operations to China.

Hot Dream Inc?
love the vintage colours there, really nice to complement the old town feel~
I agree with Charedbylove, they have a very lovely style and feel across the set, nice light. Great set!
Really nice photos, I like the desaturated colours!
Amazing photos, I especially love the wet windscreen and the stone steps x
Gorgeous – your photos have such a wonderful atmosphere.
Reblogged this on Tempestade.
This makes me want more rainy days 🙂
Great photos. Wakayama is my old stomping grounds. I really recommend going back for all the festivals, and Koyasan if you haven’t gone already.
Loved Koyasan, definitely going back to Koyasan one day. BTW, my pics from Koyasan https://pursuingwabi.com/2012/09/30/mount-koya-%E9%AB%98%E9%87%8E%E5%B1%B1/
