My favorite ski resort is putting in an amazing new gondola. The gondola will hang across a wire 1500 ft (450 meters) above the ground and spans the length of 3.5 Golden Gate Bridges. The gondola connects the 2 mid-mountains of Whistler Blackcomb from Rendezvous to Roundhouse. It’ll certainly make it quicker than skiing down or downloading to the bottom of Blackcomb and taking a 20 minute gondola ride up to Whistler mid-mountain. Just make sure to bring sedatives.
