We finally have some enclosed walls. Having enclosed walls really changes the dynamics of the space. In some areas it raises doubt of “maybe this area is too small”. And other areas seem much nicer. Its exciting to see work begin on the interior finishes.
All our interior walls and ceiling are insulated. According to our builder, the typical tract home only insulates the exterior walls and roof. Hopefully its worth the added expense.

The completion date has slipped a month but we have to vacate our temporary housing before then. I’m finding the rent to be very expensive if you want to rent for just a month.
