Our builder is looking into the SolarLease program offered by SolarCity that takes advantage of a Federal tax incentive offered only to corporations and set to expire this year. Because the program “leases” the panels to residences, it’s considered a corporation. SolarCity is a startup funded by the founders of PayPal – thus they’ve installed the solar panels at EBay.
