Arimatsu

We went to Arimatsu (有松), an old Tokaido post-station town in Nagoya for lunch. Arimatsu is known for its shibori tie-dyed fabric and as a preserved area of merchant homes. Looming in the background is the modern version of the Tokaido highway.
