Downtown Seto City

I’ve been visiting downtown Seto City (瀬戸市), near Nagoya, for almost 2 decades and nothing has changed.  Every time I visit I think that next time I’m here it’ll be torn down or going under renovation.  Seto City is historically a ceramics center (ceramics in Japanese is seto-mono, seto-ware), but now its mainly just a suburb of Nagoya.
