Sunshine Meadows, Banff

We again returned to the base of the Sunshine Ski Resort.  From there we took a bus up to Sunshine Village (top of the Gondola).  The bus fare is a bit steep at $29, but it’ll save you an 1.5 hour hike up the fireroad.

From Sunshine Village, you can explore Sunshine Meadows, a subalpine meadow with several lakes, via some easy hikes on its well maintained trails (unlike many of the trail in Banff, if was free of horse manure).   We missed the flower season, which is July through August, but the scenery was still spectacular.

    前日の七時間ハイクでフラフラだったけど、ここもきれいで、静かでよかった。
