Koa Wood – Bishop Museum Honolulu

Love all the koa wood that is used on the interior and display cases of the Bishop Museum in Honolulu.  The native koa wood is worth more than the museum building itself.  Koa is a hardwood with a rich color that has a 3D quality to it – its also very expensive.

Just can’t stop playing that game…
