Building above ground

Construction has moved above ground, work on the foundation wall has started:

And now for something entertaining, a flashmob prank from Takeshi’s 元気がでるTV, its from the mid-90s. Takeshi’s also responsible for the original footage of Spike TV’s MXC, the other co-host on the show is currently governor of Miyazaki Prefecture.
